Jackfruit - Siddhu Copper Red - Fruit Plant

Siddu Jackfruit is a premium variety from Tumakuru, Karnataka, renowned for its vibrant copper-red, sweet, and firm arils. Each fruit weighs between 2–5 kg and contains 25–30 bulbs. The tree yields up to 450 fruits annually, totaling approximately 1,098 kg per tree. Rich in nutrients, it boasts high levels of carotenoids, lycopene, flavonoids, and vitamin C, with a total soluble solids content of 31° Brix. Recognized by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and promoted by the Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR), Siddu Jackfruit is ideal for both home gardens and commercial cultivation in tropical climates.
